Council Member Marjorie Velazquez and the Bronx Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Business to Business Financial Education Networking event on Thursday, September 14 from 6 PM to 8 PM. The event will take place at The Living Room and will feature a panel discussion with business experts in tax, finance, and business development.

Anti-Crime Camera Are Up and Running!

May 2 was an extraordinary day in our community! The Throggs Neck BID announced, at a major event held at the 45 Precinct, that the anti-crime cameras we fought for are now up and running, paid for with state funds procured by Assembly Member Benedetto. Council Member Kristy Marmorato, State Senator Fernandez, and former Assembly Member Stephen Kaufman joined Bid Executive Director Bob Jaen and the head of the 45 Precinct, Deputy Inspector Johnny A. Orellana in making the long-awaited announcement.
